How We Use Your Contributions

Proving Innocence is committed to efficiently using contributions and keeping administrative overhead at a minimum. Volunteers are the backbone of Proving Innocence, not paid staff.  Also, our experienced investigators will provide at least 50% of their service pro bono.   You can be confident that every effort is made to insure that donations go directly to helping those who are wrongly accused or convicted.

We receive all donations with deep gratitude. That gratitude is dwarfed by the thankfulness of a single wrongfully convicted person who is exonerated through your efforts.
