This is an important committee for two reasons:

1-Proving Innocence benefits when working in a cooperative effort with other groups trying to achieve the same ultimate goals.

2-Proving Innocence functions more productively by NOT reinventing the wheel, but instead gaining and sharing expertise with other groups.

Not sure that this should be a separate group or simply an attitude within all the groups. However, it does seem that by having such a group, we are making a conscious effort to promote a cooperative agenda.
